Why does not Alp Travel accept my credit card?
For your protection, Alp Travel requires the billing address for ticket delivery to be the same as the billing address of your credit card. Please make sure the address and ZIP code are correct when you enter your card and billing information. Remember that address verification isn't available for some credit cards. Please enter another valid credit card and billing address for such a case.
Can I use different credit cards on Alp Travel?
Yes, you can use as many different credit cards as you want.
Can I use any credit card with an overseas billing address?
Internationally based credit cards may currently be used to make hotel and car reservations. At this time, you will not be able to book flights with your non-USA based credit cards except from Turkey. Make sure to click on "Non USA billing address" to enable the international billing address format when you enter your international billing address.
What is an e-ticket?
Electronic tickets, or e-tickets allow passenger to travel without a paper ticket. An e-ticket confirms your airline ticket purchase without requiring a paper record. The only record of an e-ticket sale is in electronic form in the airline's computer system. When you buy e-tickets from Alp Travel, a confirmation of your purchase will be sent to you via e-mail. E-tickets are currently available on many airlines including America West, American Airlines, ATA, British Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Lufthansa, Midwest Express, National Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Turkish Airlines, TWA, United Airlines, and US Airways. All segments of your trip must be flown on the same airline in order to qualify for e-tickets. Note that e-tickets may not be available for the flights of an airline.
Whenever allowed by the airline, we always issue an e-Tickets as the regular ticket format.
Ticket Delivery

Whenever allowed by the airline, we always issue an e-Tickets as the regular ticket format. For e-tickets, you will receive an e-mail that includes your itinerary information and confirmation numbers. You will not receive paper confirmation, receipt, or tickets for e-tickets. Give the ticket agent your name and flight number, or provide a printed copy of your itinerary when you check in for your flight. You must always provide a government-issued photo ID before you check-in.
Paper Tickets
Your paper tickets will be delivered to you only via express mail for the best security and faster delivery. There is a non-refundable $7.00 express mail charge for a 2-day delivery of your tickets within the United States, which is charged to your credit card at the time of purchase. We recommend you to book your trips at least a week before your departure date. Otherwise, please call us right away to make it sure that your tickets are delivered to you on time.
Hotel & Car Reservations
You will receive email confirmations for your hotel and car reservations. Please check the cancellation/refund policy of each offering carefully before you book it. Tours & Cruises

Lost or Stolen Tickets
If your paper airline tickets are lost or stolen, please call us immediately at (800) 688 1649. a Alp Travel representative will help you in processing a lost ticket application. If your published fare based tickets are not used after a designated period of time you may be eligible to receive a credit for the purchase of the replacement tickets, less the application fee. Each airline has its own rules and policies for issuing replacement tickets. Alp Travel must comply with these rules and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any airlines that are not listed on Alp Travel?
There is a small number of airlines for whom Alp Travel is currently not able to supply tickets. This list may change periodically.
How can I enter special discount plans, like free tickets (due to redeeming frequent flyer mileage), government employee discounts, etc?
Right now, Alp Travel allows you to enter your frequent flyer and frequent guest plan numbers. The current version of Alp Travel is not able to process free ticket options or car upgrades from frequent flyer programs. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, but we are researching ways to handle these options for future versions of Alp Travel.
How does my credit card guarantee my hotel reservation?
When you supply us with your credit card, we pass that number to the hotel. Your hotel reservation will be held until the date and time you indicated that you would check in. If you cancel your trip or decide to stay elsewhere, you must cancel your hotel reservation or the hotel may impose a "no-show" charge.
Why am I having trouble finding hotels and purchasing tickets? I'm getting messages such as "Illegal Operation," "General Protection Fault," and "Multipart."
